Room Hire

If you wish to Hire the Hall please ring the Hall phone The Hall will take a maximum of 80 people seated. The car park will take a maximum of 40 cars.  

DO NOT PARK ON THE ACCESS ROAD this will result in loss of deposit

The Hall is available for hire at weekends, and some hours during the week please ring for details, text or email info@billingtonlangho.org.uk

General rates are £20 per hour or £22 for commercial use.  

Parties are £20 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.  

When booking please allow and pay for time to set up and clean up and put away.  You will not be allowed in prior to this booked and paid for time. 

It is part of your contract to leave the hall clean and tidy and put away any chairs and tables in an identical place from where you moved them.  Failing either of these things WILL mean extra relevant charges being made against your party.  This is non negotiable - keep in mind that this is a Community facility run by volunteers.  

We do not have the amount of people available to clean up after your party, be considerate for the next user.  

Also, as part of your contract with BALCA, ALL rubbish MUST be taken away with you, and any third party people eg soft play MUST also be removed BY the end of your hire period.  

We can not house any third party equipment for parties before or after the party contract time. Make sure when booking these, that the company involved know they have to remove their equipment by the end of your hire time.
