Conditons of Hiring the Hall and Prices

• The hall must be left as it was found - all rooms used are to be cleaned and put back as they were
• Store room - only the tables and chairs are to be used and MUST be stacked facing the wall as they are found
• VERY IMPORTANT - all rubbish is to be removed from the premises 
• ALL LIGHTS to be switched off on leaving including the toilets
• Doors must be secured and key returned to the bookings secretary as soon as possible and as arranged
• Bouncy Castles are currently allowed but may be subject to extra fees in future.  THEY MUST be removed at the end of the party and within the hire time.
• Items in the stock room and fridges do not belong to the Hall and should not be touched If there are any costs incurred from extra cleaning or restacking chairs correctly WILL be invoiced as EXTRA cost.  This is part of your agreement with the hall and WILL be acted upon.  
• There is no smoking within the Hall or grounds - any cigarette ends will also incurr extra costs and be invoiced as part of your conditions of hire.

• Parties                £20 per hour, minimum of 3 hours 
• Commercial        £22 per hour
• CIC groups         £18 per hour
• Uniform groups  £15 per hour
• Sports groups     £16 per hour
• Meeting room only, can be negotiated
